Research Overview

Our lab is interested in developing and investigating materials for various energy applications. We have been developing various mesoscopic interfaces using a materials engineering approach and probing their interface-related properties such as light-matter interactions, electrode-electrolyte interface phenomena, electron/ion transport through interfaces, and quasiparticle dynamics. Light as a probing tool for examining materials’ topological properties is also an active research area. We have also been working on projects that tackle issues related to environmental & water purification and designing novel equipment for personal protection.
