Research Overview

Our lab is mainly interested in understanding protein and RNA dynamics. We use NMR spectroscopy combined with computational and fluorescence techniques to study the dynamics of biomolecules at atomic resolution. Specifically, we look at the conformational dynamics of T4 lysozyme L99A and large RNA molecules. In collaboration with others, we also develop newer NMR techniques to overcome some of the limitations of standard NMR with regard to studying conformational dynamics.
