Research Overview
Our lab is interested in soft semiconductors and their potential applications. Specifically, we investigate the chemistries and physical properties of soft semiconductors to be able to design and develop a new class of electronic materials. Additionally, we develop new doping methods and dopants for low-cost semiconductors to improve the efficiency of the devices based on such materials. We are also actively investigating the potential of using our newly developed soft semiconductor materials and doping methods to advance optoelectronic devices.
