How do we extract polyphosphates from fruit flies?
Sunayana Sarkar (graduate student at Manish Jaiswal’s lab in TIFR Hyderabad) set out to standardise extraction of polyphosphates in fruit flies. This protocol would go on to form the basis of exploring new research directions in the lab. In this video, Sunayana narrates how she successfully standardised the protocol. Supported by the 1st IndiaBioscience Outreach Grant, this story is a part of a series focusing on storytelling from a researcher’s perspective.
