Laboratory of DNA Replication & Genome Maintenance

Our lab studies the mechanism of chromosomal replication in mammalian cells and processes that are responsible for maintaining genomic integrity. We specifically explore the dynamic and systematic changes that occur on the replication fork in response to various cellular and environment cues. Further, we strive to understand the pre-, during, and post-replication measures that ensure fidelity during genome duplication.
